Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
One of our most productive and most economical 3D printing processes is selective laser sintering (SLS)
Selective laser sintering is generative prototyping, in which plastic powder is melted by application of temperature and lasers.
Selective laser sintered parts
are particularly well-suited for mechanically-loadable functional parts and for installation tests and function tests. Snap-fit connections, clips and film hinges
are fully functional depending on the material selected. The SLS parts are distinguished in particular by their high temperature resistance and their resistance to petrol, bases, oils, hydrocarbon and solvents.

Laser sintering in polypropylene! The same material as used for injection molding, it is perfect for prototypes and small batch series.

High chemical resistance
By surface finishing we are able to smooth the open-pore structure of the selective laser sintered parts and make your 3D printing look visually attractive. We are able to color the parts in various colors.
Thanks to the fine structure and quality of our build materials and the high resolution of our sinterstation, wall thicknesses from 0.6 mm are possible, meaning that very fine details can be shown!
